This session looks at six things that will help prepare your heart to receive the truth. This will be important for later sessions, when we seek after the truth about whether or not Matthew 24 and the book of Revelation have been fulfilled; whether the nations will be conquered and Christianized by a great revival prior to Christ’s return; Israel’s role in the end times; the final worldwide empire that will give rise to the antichrist; and the timing of the rapture. These six principles are: 1) Love the truth; 2) love the truth more than your favorite minister, ministry, or movement; 3) loving the truth is more important than unity; 4) study prophetic scriptures for yourself with a humble, teachable heart; 5) break free from end-time doctrines of demons; and 6) embrace theological tension and don’t overact to eschatological extremes.
