There are least six reasons why Preterism is unbiblical. These are: 1) There’s overwhelming evidence the book of Revelation was written near 95 A.D; 2) The Abomination of Desolation was not fulfilled in 70 A.D.; 3) The Roman desolation of Israel does not meet the criteria for the greatest tribulation in world history; 4) The abomination of desolation is connected to the resurrection from the dead and Israel’s deliverance; 5) Preterism relies too heavily on allegorical interpretations; and 6) Jesus has not yet cast the beast into the lake of fire.
