This session focuses on the merging of worship with spiritual warfare. There is a beautiful picture of this with David and the tabernacle of David. After David brought the ark back to Zion, he “appointed some of the Levites as ministers before the ark of the Lord, even to celebrate and to thank and praise the Lord God of Israel” (1 Chron. 16:4). As continuous worship arose to God, the Lord defeated Israel’s longstanding enemies, such as the Philistines, Moab, Edom, Ammon, and Amalek. Israel worshiped and God warred. The session explains four practical ways to war in the spirit with the accompanying of worship.
