This session introduces the class and shares how the Lord initiated the ideas contained in this class. In this session, you will learn about God’s call to build a house prayer centered around His eternal purpose. This session defines what it means to be a house of prayer; it explains the type of prayer involved; and it illustrates the meaning of a house of prayer for the nations. From there, we look at the church’s mandate to pray eternal-purpose prayers and what it means to be summoned to the golden altar.
